The Kybaram Club

An award winning Premier Hospitality Project by Tact Constructions. This project involved extensive demolition, including removal of external and internal walls, floor finishes, ceiling elements, part of the roof, bathrooms, terrace, fencing, and outdoor play structures. Existing hydraulic, mechanical, fire, and electrical services were capped and relocated, including the gas meter, hot water system, and rainwater tank.

A new terrace extension was constructed with concrete floors, masonry and veneer walls, glazing, steel framing, and metal roofing. This includes a new terrace with a bar, bathrooms, an indoor kids playroom with a fabric-clad operable wall, and ancillary rooms. Existing bathrooms between the kitchen and lounge were refurbished.. All works were completed while maintaining full club operations.
